Can I get delivery of my windows early in the morning?

While we try to cater to our customers’ requests, we are unable to guarantee the exact time of delivery. We only have a certain amount of capacity for "early AM" or "first delivery" options. We are often inundated with "early AM" or "first delivery" requests. Our delivery drivers operate between the hours of 7am and 430pm. If you are organising trades to start installing windows directly upon delivery, we recommend that you have them start the day after receiving your delivery, this way the windows will be ready for them first thing in the morning, even if they are delivered late in the afternoon the day before.

Does Statesman Windows give free in home measure & quotes for supply and installation of windows, doors or security screens?

We no longer provide an installation service ourselves, but we have a network of external installers at our disposal who use our products and who will come to you and quote on your window replacement needs.  Lets us know, and we can point you in the right direction.

When can I pick up my window if it's ready?

We will call you on the phone number you provided us on your quotation when it is ready for collection.


How do I proceed with my quote/order?

Please check all details on your quote are correct at time of accepting. You will be supplied with the goods and services as described on your quote. Any errors or terms you do not understand must be brought to your sales representatives attention before you sign off on the acceptance. You will find their name and phone number at the top of your quote. 

Have ready your signed acceptance (located at the bottom of your quote) and at least a 50% deposit. You may call your rep and have them collect your acceptance in person, fax or email it, or simply visit our showroom during business hours and see one of our staff. You may also ring through with your credit card number to make a payment. Please note that your payment is not accepted as a form of quote acceptance. You will still need to sign off on the quote to proceed with your order in any case. This is to ensure you have read the terms and conditions and understand exactly what you are ordering. Please be advised that the balance of payment is required 20 days prior to delivery.

What payment types does Statesman accept?

Statesman accepts Visa , MasterCard and Electronic funds Transfer (EFT) . NOTE! It is imperative that payments made via EFT are referred to in our payment reference section with your Statesman quote, job or invoice number which is located at the top of your quote. By doing so, you can ensure your payment is applied immediately to your job. Faliure to use the quote number as reference to payment may result in a delay with your job. Please advise us when you choose EFT to make payments so we are aware of you doing so.

I need to make changes to my order. Who do I contact?

You will have an assigned sales representative.  Their name and phone number is located at the top of your quote.  Should you need to discuss any changes or issues, your sales representative is your go-to person for all enquiries. Please be aware; Any changes made after placement of order may incur a charge.

Where do I email house plans and documents to your estimators?

Please send all plans, energy reports and window schedules for quoting purposes to this email.  Once received, we will endeavor to get back to you within 5 to 7 working days.  This service is for estimating on new house lots and large developments etc. For small jobs without plans and energy reports, or for general information, please email here.

Do Statesman only manufacture "standard" size windows and doors?

Statesman specialise in made to measure sizes to suit your needs. We can work around your requirements, manufacturing windows and doors to suit your needs. (Within design parameters) Standard sized sliding doors with clear toughened single glazed glass are available at lower costs than non-standard sizes.

Do Statesman stock windows and doors ready made to buy off the shelf?

We don't keep windows in stock to sell instantly of the shelf. They are made fresh factory direct to you. We make everything to measure and can usually beat manufacturing times of our competitors. 

How many colours do you have to choose from?

We have over 100 powder coat colours to choose from, including the popular Colorbond® range and a 25um Natural Anodised (satin silver) finish. Costs may vary, and colours are subject to availability. Click here for our colour range.

Note! Bronze Anodised is no longer available for window and door frames due to inconsistent colour variations beyond our control. We have replaced Bronze Anodised with a powder coated equivalent called Anodic Bronze, which is a very similar match, and comes without any colour variation issues.  So chances are we can match or come very close to a colour finish to suit your home or project.

How long does it take to get a free quote?

For supply only house lots submitted with plans, window schedule and energy report; approximately 5 to 7 working days from receiving plans.

Does Statesman deliver to country locations or only metro areas?

Yes we do country deliveries. We deliver to a radius approximately 200kms from Adelaide, including the lower mid north, Yorke Peninsula, upper south east, Kangaroo Island and the south coast. For west coast and further north or south eastern deliveries, you will need to organize freight transport of your choice. *conditions apply.

How long does it take to get windows made and delivered for supply only jobs?

A single window can normally be made and delivered within a 4- 6 week  period *. A house lot of windows can be made and delivered within 4-8 week period.*  A deposit is required to proceed with any order and the balance is required to be paid at least 20 working days before the delivery date, to ensure your goods arrive on the date you need them. *conditions apply. Do Statesman have lay-by, payment plans or finance options available?

Sorry, we do not provide these options at this point in time.

When do I need to pay the balance for windows or doors?

As a non-Trade account holder or cash customer; you must pay your balance before your goods are delivered. Generally 20 days prior to your delivery date.

We do not deliver goods without the balance paid in full. We do not accept payment on delivery. Our delivery drivers do not accept payment.
